Export Declaration B13A Form
A B13A form is a customs declaration required by Statistics Canada and the Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) to report exports from Canada for controlled, regulated or prohibited goods regardless of value OR goods not controlled, regulated or prohibited, valued at CAD $2,000 or greater destined to any country other than the U.S., Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The following information applies only to the Export Declaration Form B13. Even though you may not be required to file an Export Declaration for a shipment, you may still be responsible for filing other documents such as export permits, certificates, and licences required by the Canadian government departments or agencies that regulate the export of goods.
